WildFly 24 release announcment

This is just a tracker for the release announcement blog post for WF 24 Final.

I'm basically creating this as a place to record suggestions such as https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly/pull/14281#pullrequestreview-657286982

Suggestions via comments are welcome. No need to suggest the standard content (brief feature mentions etc) although inputs on any specific points to raise about the standard items are welcome.
