Improve HostExcludesTestCase to force us to rewrite the list of expected exclusions when necessary

HostExcludesTestCase keeps a list of the expected exclusions for the previous releases after applying the current exclusions defined on the domain.xml. However, the test is not forcing us to review the expected list kept by the test on each new WildFly release. Recently we got  WFLY-14736 due to this situation, some new extensions were added into WF23 and we neither updated the list kept by the test nor added the expected exclusion id on the server configuration.

We should be able to use such a test to alert us when a new extension is added to the current release under development and force us to correct the list kept by the test when necessary.
