Add EAP 7.3.0 transformers tests for clustering subsystems

      The transformation logic and testing logic is already in place we were just missing the org.jboss.as.model.test.ModelTestControllerVersion#EAP_7_3_0 in wf-core to enable them.

      The task involves adding

      • modules,
      • versions,
      • transformation test methods and
      • rejection test methods

      for the new version; and then expanding the test files with transformable and rejected resources/attributes.
