ejb-local-cache and ejb-dist-cache redefines the default stateful bean access timeout

The stateful bean default access timeout in the standard server configuration is 5 seconds.
However, this value is being redefined in ejb-local-cache and ejb-dist-cache Galleon layers to 3 seconds.

In general, we should produce the same configuration as the standard server files.
