HotRod session manager missing subsequent HttpSessionAttributeListener notifications when using ATTRIBUTE granularity

RemoteCache.withFlags(...) apparently only applies the given flag to the first cache operation.  This causes calls to Session.setAttribute(...) and removeAttribute(...) to return null unexpectedly.
