The galleon-maven-plugin configuration in testsuite/layers/pom.xml includes dozens of executions. Each of those executions includes 8 lines of configuration (10 lines in my ee-9 branch) that is identical for each execution. Move those out of each execution and declare it once as part of the global plugin configuration section.
