Adjust licenses in ee-feature-pack and servlet-feature-pack

After wildfly feature pack organization (WFLY-13623 and WFLY-13624) some licenses got in the wrong feature-pack-licenses.xml.

An overview of the issues:

1) servlet-feature-pack common:
Missing some licenses of artifacts that are part of wildfly
e.g: wildfly-security-integration and wildfly-security-plugins

2) ee-feature-pack common:
Missing some licenses.
e.g: io.reactivex.rxjava3:rxjava, wildfly-clustering-infinispan-marshalling, wildfly-clustering-marshalling-protostream

Some artifacts that have a license don't exist anymore in wildfly code.
e.g: jipijapa-hibernate5-3-legacy

Some artifacts were moved from "ee-feature-pack" to "pruned-feature pack" and the licenses were still in ee-feature-pack.
e.g: wildfly-cmp, wildfly-configadmin, wildfly-datasources-agroal, wildfly-jacorb, wildfly-jaxr, wildfly-jsr77 and others

3) ee-feature-pack pruned:
Mostly adding the licenses that were in "ee-feature-pack" instead of "pruned-feature-pack"
