ironjacamar.xml doesn't support elytron-domain element

For resource adaptors deployed using an ironjacamar.xml to configure the resource adaptor it is not possible to specify an Elytron security domain.

At some point in the near future we want to eliminate any "elytron-" type resources but this may be needed in the short term to bring consistency with the format of the subsystem configuration.

In the future we will be working to map the domain element to an Elytron security domain where legacy security is not present.
