Exclude netty dependencies from Artemis protocol dependencies

The artemis-stomp-protocol and artemis-amqp-protocol artifacts have dependencies on some of the netty libs, but WF uses netty-all. So we should exclude those dependencies in our pom so they don't end up in the dependency tree.
