Server side EJB protocol handler stops receiving subsequent messages if it previosuly received a unrecognized message header

VersionOneProtocolChannelReceiver handles the EJB protocol messages sent from the client. If it receives a message with a header which it can't handle, then it logs a WARN and returns. However, while doing so, it fails to enroll itself for future messages on that channel, which effectively means that the server is no longer receptive to the client invocations.
