Cache containers should prefer ProtoStream marshaller

If the module associated with a cache-container exposes one or more SerializationContextInitializers, then we should auto-configure that cache-container to use a ProtoStream-based marshaller. If not, fallback to the deprecated JBoss Marshalling based marshaller.
