Missing host exclusion entries in server configuration files

The latest host-exclusion entry in the server configuration files is for WildFly14.0, which means we have the list updated since WF15.

For WF19, we need to complete the list of exclusions adding entries until WildFly18.0

The list extensions added in wildfly since then is the following
