Be able to override the maven repository for the transformers tests

By default it will use http://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/groups/developer/. If -Dorg.jboss.model.test.maven.repository.urls is used, it will use that repo. -Dorg.jboss.model.test.maven.repository.urls also takes a comma separated list
