BATCH mode should not use Infinispan's XA transaction table

Currently, our logic for configuring BATCH mode is causing Infinispan to use the XA transaction table, instead of the the local transaction table. This not only makes commits more costly, but should avoid some graceful shutdown bugs with the XA transaction table.
