Remove fallback mechanism from taking any AS7 property content

    Description

      There are several places where fallback mechanism is used when someone can take AS7 property content. Final decision is to force using this mechanism inside pom.xml's and not in java code. Thus, after resolving AS7-4102 is needed to remove every piece of code which use the old approach.
