TS - explicit dependency on org.apache.maven.surefire:surefire-junit47 disallows TestNG based tests

This was brought in 5 years ago, current version of Maven and surefire plugins should be able to deal with it without explicit help.

Removal of this part could allow adoption of TestNG based test coverage
