Replace legacy feature packs by Galleon feature packs in wildfly-testsuite-shared module

wildfly-testsuite-shared is still using legacy feature packs as dependencies. Although those legacy feature packs are only there to bring in the correct dependencies for the test suite, we should be using galleon packs instead.
