Currently, the AbstractSubsystemSchemaTest constructor accepts a test schema and the current schema. However, in the event that there are multiple "current" schema depending on stability-level, it is unclear what users should do.
This leads to the situation where standardSubsystemTest(...) testing (specifically read vs write XML comparison) is inadvertently skipped for non-DEFAULT stability levels.
