In https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly-core/pull/497 we deprecated a bunch of kernel resources with an assumption that we would introduce subsystems to replace them.

For any of these that still exist:

1) Confirm we have a concrete plan to replace them with a subsystem. At minimum with a WFCORE; ideally with a feature issue and analysis. The plan must include migration.
2) Confirm that the functionality in that plan can be brought to 'default' stability by WF 44, ideally 43.
3) If either of 1) or 2) is not achievable, undeprecate the resource. Do this by WF 40 at latest.
