The current XMLElementGroup (and its sub-interfaces) only allow the addition of an XMLElement. The XML schema specification also allows for groups to contain substitution group members. This will be employed by the elytron-oidc-client subsystem to effectively specify an choice of elements within an xs:all group - something the current API does not support.
