YamlExtensionTestCase#testPostStartCLIChangesToModelDoNotSurviveRestart restart the server and it tries to assert that modifications done using yaml configuration are not persisted.

Bootable JAR Management model changes are never persisted, so this test should not enabled for this package mode.

As it is now it reports intermittent failures, better to exclude it.
