Part of this test case runs at the default stability level and uses system properties, the other part runs at community and uses management attributes.

The tests should be split in two and use the ServerSetUpTask available from https://issues.redhat.com/browse/WFCORE-6728 for the community variant. These set up tasks act as a mechanism to run the server at the appropriate stability level but where that stability level is not available automatically skip the test.
