Move AbstractDeploymentUnitService and DeploymentUnitPhaseService to the  non-deprecated MSC Service API.

Note that changing AbstractDeploymentUnitService requires changing how DeploymentStatusHandler accesses the DeploymentUnit instances. Probably we'd need to add a ServiceValueExecutorRegistry and provide it to all the OSHs that create or a RootDeploymentUnitService or read ones value.
