If ManagementResourceRegistration.registerSubModel(...) is called with a ResourceDefinition whose associated stability is not supported by the current process, it returns null.
Rather than requiring null checks, ManagementResourceRegistrar.register(...) should just skip registration if its MRR parameter is null.
