New features and bug fixes release.

Commons daemon is used by the contrib scripts to install the server as a Windows Service. WildFly extracts from this dependency the procrun executable which allows Java applications to be installed as a Windows service.

The task here is to update the Apache Commons Daemon dependency install WildFly standalone / WildFly domain as a Windows Service and verify that the service can be started/stoped.
