Tests using read-config-as-xml-file are only meant for community stability level. Some of these tests are currently mixed up with other test functionality that is available on a higher stability level.

We need to have the tests for read-config-as-xml-file in its methods or a separate test class so they can later be picked up only for the relevant stability target.

Tests extracted to individual test classes should use the AbstractStabilityServerSetupTaskTest to decide the target stability required for them
