PersistentResourceXMLDescription.Builder needs a stream variant for attributes using the same marshaller/parser

    Description

      Subsystems like elytron do not associate parsers/marshallers with the AttributeDefinition.
      To accommodate this, bulk PersistentResourceXMLDescription.Builder methods should include variants that associate multiple attributes with the same parser/marshaller.
