WFCORE-6347 introduces a series of "service descriptor" interfaces that encapsulate the name, value type, and name resolution of a service for use by RuntimeCapability instances and dependent services.

The MBeanServer capability exposed by the JMX subsystem is widely used by other subsystems and would benefit from exposing its ServiceDescriptor via an SPI module.
