Drop transformer registrations and tests for TransformerSubsystemTestCase

    Description

      TransformerSubsystemTestCase test we are able to use a versioned extension in a mixed domain.

      This test is using deprecated ModelTestControllerVersion, which has to be removed and replaced with a test case that verifies the transformation against EAP_7_4_0
