Previously the SNI was also sent when using IP (for example "127.0.0.1") and that is not OK as rfc6066 states SNI is only for hostnames. The core test is configured to serve IP certificate if host received in the SNI is "127.0.0.1" which now is not there. It should be configured the other way around (default certificate IP, host if SNI is "localhost").
