The org.jboss.as.test.integration.domain.cacheddc.CachedDcDomainTestCase does not fail if the server is forced to break. Instead it hangs.

Steps to reprocude:
1. Apply reproducer.patch attached to the Jira (it simply adds a throw Exception to the LoggingSubsystemAdd)
2. mvn clean install -Dmaven.test.failure.ignore=true -DfailIfNoTests=false -DallTests -Dtest=org.jboss.as.test.integration.domain.cacheddc.CachedDcDomainTestCase >../log.txt 2>&1
3. Wait ~60sec
4. be careful, if no other Java processes are running on your machine: pkill -9 -f java
