Together with WFCORE-6109, we dropped from the Elytron pom.xml the OpenSSL native dependencies by mistake

My naive understanding is those dependencies are automatically picked up by the Elytron testsuite if they are available, so the task here is to recover them and get a confirmation from the Elytron team whether this is the expected behavior.
