java.lang.ClassNotFoundException java.util.logging.Logger using Bouncycastle Provider

Bouncycastle Provider 1.72 requires java.util.logging.Logger, however we have not added this required dependency for the org.bouncycastle.bcprov JBoss Modules module that provides the BC Provider artifacts.

We discovered this by using the WildFly Bootable JAR test suite.
