LayersTest.checkExecution has a 1 min timeout. That seems a bit short.  The installations being tested should boot in well under a minute in normal conditions, but a CI env under load might take longer. The goal of the tests isn't to check boot speed, and in the normal case the execution is done in much less than 1 minute, so the timeout doesn't matter, so let's increase the timeout to 2 minutes.
