Remove deprecation of ExtensibleHttpManagement

When I wrote ExtensibleHttpManagement I deprecated it as way of flagging it up as 'Experimental'.

At this point it's been in use for years and is used quite a bit in various subsystems, so it's not particularly experimental. So let's get rid of the compiler warns.
