Ban transitive dependencies in the controller-client module

XMLWordPrintable

Do something similar to https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly-core/pull/5220/files for the controller-client module.

This module is meant to have a strictly controlled dependency set, but we're not using any tooling to actually control this.

For this one, I don't know if excluding . is the right choice, as for this one we are not concerned about a shaded jar; we just want to know what the deps are so we can make conscious decisions. We might be better off listing all the desired deps and explicitly excluding the known unwanted ones. The maven-enforcer-plugin will then fail the build if any new transitives appear, forcing us to decide how to handle those new ones.
