Elytron EE provides several dependencies for WildFly Core and WildFly.

In order to avoid handling the duplicity of treating these dependency versions in two different projects, we need to move all the Elytron EE dependencies to WildFly Core and stop overwriting them in WildFly.

After that, we will use the WildFly Core dependency management import to bring in any of those in WildFly. This task is done by WFLY-16738
