      Upgrading to Jandex 2.4.3 and avoiding deprecated methods is supposed to make future upgrade to Jandex 3.0.0 much easier, as described in a post on wildfly-dev.

      The WildFly Core part consists only of upgrading Jandex, because WildFly Core doesn't use any method that got deprecated in 2.4.3. I'll file a separate WFLY issue for full WildFly.
