ELY-2343 requires adding a java.desktop dependency to Elytron Tool module.xml in WFCORE. Without this dependency, the new web option from ELY-2343 would throw NCFDE once the option is called.

Changes in this issue should be merged to WFCORE together with Elytron upgrade WFCORE-5939 only if the Elytron upgrade contains the web option for Elytron Tool ELY-2343
