Incorrect values for keys in LocalDescriptions.properties files

The following files have duplicate keys with differing values:

• core-management/core-management-subsystem/src/main/resources/org/wildfly/extension/core/management/LocalDescriptions.properties

  core-management.process-state-listener=Process state listener.
  

  core-management.process-state-listener=Process State Listeners.
  

• server/src/main/resources/org/jboss/as/server/controller/descriptions/LocalDescriptions.properties

  deployment.content.path=The relative path of the content. It uses only '/' as separator whatever the operating system.
  

  deployment.content.path=Path (relative or absolute) to unmanaged content that is part of the deployment.
