wildfly-event-logger - Move WildFly Preview to a native jakarta namespace variant

    Description

      Integrate into WildFly Preview native jakarta namespace variant of the wildfly-event-logger artifact the Galleon WildFly plugin is currently transforming when it builds the wildfly-preview feature pack or provisions a server using it.

      I figure this will involve two pieces – creation of the artifact from the WildFly Core code base and then change in full WF to use it in WildFly Preview instead of the javax.* variant.
