Clean up XML parser classes

WildFly Core defines XML parsers for Standalone, Domain and Host that were copied for every major releases of WildFly.

This was not necessary as they should have been only updated when the XSD actually changed (leaving aside WFCORE-5640).

We can clean up all these XML classes and keep the ones that were actually modified to react to changes to the XSD schema
