Discovered while working on HAL-1590, since in HAL we do not show deprecated attributes in the basic forms.

elytron.trust-manager.certificate-revocation-list is an OBJECT type attribute, one of its sub-attributes, maximum-cert-path, has been deprecated but this doesn't show in the result of read-resource-description. There might be more.

This attribute also doesn't have a deprecated record in the relevant *.properties file which would normally lead to errors, and there doesn't seem to be a mechanism for making sure the record exists when an attribute is being deprecated.
