Wildfly used to have 2 different licenses name for the same GNU GPL2 license.
The names used were: "GNU General Public License, Version 2 with the Classpath Exception" and "GNU General Public License v2.0 only, with Classpath exception".
Changes introduced in WFLY-14847 unified them and now only the license with name "GNU General Public License v2.0 only, with Classpath exception" is used.
Note that both licenses are actually the same and they point to the same license file upstream.
So I propose to follow the same changes done in Wildfly, as I see 2 benefits:
1) Unification of the same license name as they are actually the same license.
2) Fix a QE test that is complaining about 2 licenses ("GNU General Public License, Version 2 with the Classpath Exception" and "GNU General Public License v2.0 only, with Classpath exception") pointing to the same url (http://repository.jboss.org/licenses/gpl-2.0-ce.txt)
