Missing EAP 7.4 host exclusion as a known release

    Description

      We have included EAP7.4 as host-releaseType into wildfly-config_18_0.xsd, however it is missing its definition as a valid choice for the Host Exclude Resource.

      We need to be able to define such a host exclusion for the mixed domain testsuite.
