Make Bouncy Castle bcutil-jdk15on license to use explicitly the MIT license file shipped with the server

We incorporated a new BC artifact but we forgot to make it use explicitly the MIT license distributed on the server. The wrong configuration can be checked by inspecting the final license file generated at build/target/wildfly-core-xxxx/docs/licences/core-feature-pack-licenses.html

Right no the license link is being retrieved directly from the artifact file, however, we should explicitly use the same license links that we are already using for the other BC artifacts.
