Merge wildfly-core-feature-pack-common into wildfly-core-feature-pack-galleon-common

    Description

      After WFCORE-5501, wildfly-core-feature-pack-common is no longer needed as we remove the legacy feature pack.

      The content of that maven module can be merged in wildfly-core-feature-pack-galleon-common. Once this is done and a WildFly Core version with that change is released, WildFly will have to be updated to get rid of the wildfly-core-feature-pack-common dependency.
