Ability to execute CLI script at runtime

During Bootable JAR build, when the server can't be configured with CLI script (e.g.: server config bound to the execution context), we need a way to configure the server when the bootable JAR starts.
We should be able to provide a path to a CLI script when starting a bootable JAR.
