Create tests to ensure log file rotation works when the security manager is enabled

Details

    Description

      When the security manager is enabled and a log rotation is triggered by a deployment a SecurityException may be thrown if the deployment does not have the proper permissions to rotate the file. A fix for this will be introduced in LOGMGR-275 and tests needed to be added to WildFly Core to verify the fix.
