/deployment-overlay=test:redeploy-links doesn't work in mixed domain

      Setup mixed domain, I used EAP 7.1.0.DR15 master and EAP 6.4.0.GA slave, used default profile copied from EAP6 and renamed to eap6-default

      connect to DC with CLI
      1. add deployment overlay
      deployment-overlay add --name=test --content=WEB-INF/test.xml=/tmp/test --server-groups=eap6-server-group --deployments=simple-jsp.war
      2. run
      /deployment-overlay=test:redeploy-links()
      or
      deployment-overlay redeploy-affected --name=test
